Bereavement Groups lists support groups for people who are grieving. It is free to use and free to be listed.

Information about local groups is spread across hospice websites, council pages, church noticeboards and charity sites. This directory brings it together in one place, sorted by area and by the day each group meets.

How listings are checked

Every listing comes from the organiser's own published information, and each one shows the month it was last checked. We re-check listings every few months. Groups change times and venues, so please confirm with the organiser before you travel.

What we list

Regular groups, drop-ins, grief cafés, walking groups and courses for bereaved people. We do not list one-to-one counselling services or one-off events.
